JOHN FUENTES - DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE

All Seasons Equipment (ASEQUIP) is a company known for manufacturing plant for function machinery and mechanical artifacts. During the early time when ASEQUIP was a large manufacturing plant, it is known to create, assemble, manufacture and repair variety of models like mechanical kettles, roof engine assembly, range, and counterbalance. The company's main purpose is to retail exclusive operating machinery products and to widespread the company name ASEQUIP throughout Canada and U.S.

However, since the fluctuation of the economic markets in North America, it is affecting most known and profound industries. All Seasons Equipment was transformed into a municipal association & commercial group which is now been passed over to a new operating industry known as an innovation leading trademark. The existing building is now named, "WaterCOM DelCO". The WaterCOM
DelCO is now considered a new corporation, the existing building is redesigned to create an industry for the newest cutting edge technology, (Computer Holographic Pulse). WaterCOM DelCO was built not only as building innovation but in respectful acknowledgment to the green environment stability and LEED. WaterCOM DelCO is introducing a high-tech mainframe that can operate a solo technology projecting real life holographic images which are imminent from the person's pulse denoting electricity to human anatomy that can generate anywhere. The ideal name WaterCOM DelCO is to see the future connect to a technology without any strings attached. Therefore, even in a twilight places or open areas, city outskirts the technology is bond with the user. The WaterCOM DelCO is a pioneer in projectile technology for computer juggernaut and tempest. However, both technologies are gigantic and dominating but somehow proven an energy saver and green environment. The technology abides with the regulation to follow the use of communal trees because it is believed that green environment provides fresh air to all living organisms. Technology speaks with muscle but green environment gave birth to real ingredients and tool in order to create all variety of technologies. Since WaterCOM DelCO replaced All Seasons Equipment, it now has an opportunity to design technology that will boast and will operate independently without any electrical power from the generator. The Anatomy Holographic Impulse Mainframe System (AHIMS) is a technology that streams
to a human structure at its peak and it can also correlate into synchronization to a building core.

AHIMS is a progenitor that emerged from a technology like a mechanical kettle and road paint mechanism. WaterCOM DelCO is an organization that generates technology that has a tendency or possibility to evolve itself unto human pulse without installing any sort of chip devices.

The existing building is remodeled to turn into a different appearance of a supreme building style and most stunning design in the entire structure. The spherical design that is mounted on the structure is an illustration design from the exterior shell indicating that solar radiation illuminating the shell will provide complementary colors from the outside of the building.

Laboratory Science

Experimentation of the metallic archea improvising to a GOP cyber to produce nanotechnology that is wired to the body, at the same time marveling with human psychology and energy. The human carcass is isolated on a capsule for an anatomical study that simplifies the concept of a psychological implant of the attitude towards computer resulting in behavioral acumen and an increase of mental aptitude.

Physical and Technological Polymerization

Mechanical colossus is an impregnable fortress, the human brain is conducting the movement in order to trigger psychological excitement which it creates pulse much more active. Therefore, human thinking is bigger than any existing structure created and color that is painted. Additionally, the word imagination is more superb than anything because it has no limits of what the brain can generate, in other words, the sky is the limit. Technology helps mankind proceed further into invention where the psychology and technology marvel for a single item in order to procure knowledge within and to emerge its inner ability.

Fusion Fundamentals

Mental behavior and technological advancement may work together since technology is meant to bend on human ideas and the human intellect conducts and commands technology to plot ideas and acolyte where the images can be a real life sensation.

"The color used in a space should reflect the function and character of the interior environment"

Colors can set a mood, attract, attention, or make a statement. Colors can energize a design in order to cool down which is by selecting the right color scheme. It can also create an ambiance of elegance, warmth or tranquility and can convey an image of playful youthfulness.

Other than attraction, mood, and attention, color also sustains knowledge which can be an accent to the installation for design in order to create dimensions and proportion. In design, color can rejuvenate several materials installed in order to sober or freshen feelings which are very ecological and environmental. The color is referred as an invigorating green which will fit best in interior space which is earthy and alive.

The color is also the most powerful design element if it is used effectively. Colors affect our lifestyle and the environment in numerous ways, both mentally and physically. The use of color is one of the most fundamental decisions that the designer of an interior space must make. It influences mood, behavior, comfort, and safety. It provides information and it expresses the unique traits of the organization or person that occupies the space.

Alternatively, color has also the ability to blend or mixed with another various color which can create a dramatic style that is, of course, suitable for design. In order to appreciate the style and design mounted, color has to play well with the construction which then follows the form and function of the design in order to lead the design as a center of interest.

Color in three-dimensional context plays a much different role than color applied to a flat surface. When used in three dimensions, color defines a form or space, and the skillful use of color can manipulate the perceptions of interiors and structures. When the color is included in the structure, it right away vary in many different opinions and can lead to a various concepts which can come from many thoughts, that's because we tend to interpret color structure in our mood or stamina of how we feel about the color which is seen as an act towards to the interior construction
.

Color in interior design spaces is focused on how color functions in three dimensions, and shows how to use it in order to create desired perceptions, moods and behavior. Using color to define the edges, deepen space, add density, trigger specific emotions, and stimulate movement through space and even evoke cultural history.

Not only that color did happen to give us different behaviors but color also stains thoughts towards the design which is correlated to the human behavior. To understand color is sometimes to have thoughts of being organized, and well arranged in order to see how color behaves uniformly in interior design.

The color is an integral part of the world, color can be natural or artificial, permanent or transitory, used for effect or emotion. Color can also be a very powerful design tool, one that is capable of altering the perception or use of a space. Where form alone once was used to create spatial interest, and materials or paint provided areas of color. A color can also have two ways, as a designer or architecture. Color in design modifies or defines form, color as a design element cannot be formulaic, it does not use color in specific terms but rather in terms of what is different tonal contrast can do to change a space. The color is used as design/decoration employs specific colors to create the style, color as decoration uses aspects of history to recreate a feeling, it finds the metaphors in color and provides impact. Approaching color is a matter of thought before action, it is essential, to begin with concepts, then work toward solutions.

Finally, colors in interior design fluctuate to the environmental that we lived in today. Interior design is now considering a modern style that when colors are not only applied to such walls, the color of the furniture and fabrics but it is also used in lighting, technology, foodstuff/groceries, games and much more. Contemporary colors are really popular today especially in bigger/higher industries where over 100 people are visiting the place daily during work, or maybe as a client. Additionally, that's why colors today have to extend it's morality in order to appreciate its appeal not just in interior design but also for the technology and the everyday use. The color is not just to see but also it requires to be touch/use to have a deeper understanding and to appreciate what color really does to everybody's lives plus the amount of cost to humanity.

CHAPTER 1: THE USE OF COLOR IN INTERIORS

The biggest influence on the human state of mind with the possible exception of the design is color. The use of color is to change us of how we behave towards the interior design surroundings, taste, stamina and most of all how it affects the green environment. The use of color in interior design mostly relates to the concept which aims the client's reminiscent towards design. Colors that are used in hospital, school, restaurant, and offices are mostly the representation of influence which sets us in mood based on space of the building. Alternately, some colors have an effect on some human which can relinquish fear, or either way the opposite because colors make humans understand the psychological effects that have it. Red is known to stimulate the appetite so it is an excellent color for dining, and kitchen, blue is known as the cool color, green are fresh and calming. Additionally, colors that came from nature and could be popular choices for some buildings or rooms because nature is what our interior body stimulates which coordinates our behavior. The use of colors in most residential is somehow neutral because people criticise the complexity of colors based on their body color, style/color of furniture, and mood except for the kitchen in a way where it always aims for an appetite and as for that this is where the type of color gets complex for that way it will encourage and enlighten people to have the type of energy boost for the day.

Colors in interior spaces are best used to the buildings for it is an everyday life plus everybody pays a visit to the building place just to recognize the color. Affluent color in interior buildings is referred more into clothing stores, restaurants, and etc., which is the main priority. Color design is a top priority because if the high-class color is used in the store then it will help sell products because once again color involves the surrounding which it has to do with products. In order to do that, the surrounding of the interior spaces must be inviting which will aim customer the appetite of buying the particular stock, plus to have a color accordingly is to have the sense of influence to the buyer. In other words, building structures that have hallways, lobby is very idealistic in space's which is to experiment or wander. The important thing of using colors to interior spaces is to consider the proportion of design and size which will determine the colors to represent as a raw of selected accents.

Today, bright colors are preferred in residential, public, and industrial places because using lighter/brighter colors in interior spaces decrease stress and overwhelming behavior in spatial designs. In interior design, the option of using a white color lifts up everything, white is very blendable to all furniture design and it is more than neutral to be considered naturalistic at the interior space. The use of colors can be encrusted for unusual effects.
Halse, Albert. The Use of Color in Interiors. New York: San Francisco, 1978

LIGHT AND SURFACE
Lighting is important to consider especially when color is applied in a certain area where the light hits. In some areas, there are many types of colors which are described shiny, matte, soft, hard, irregular, or smooth. The use of a shiny color which in other words, "a marker", it will only absorb little light. Colors that are pale is lesser to a percentage in light but for darker colors will have a higher percentage to surrounding. Matte surfaces will absorb more light than shiny ones, and irregular surfaces will send the reflected light back in many directions.
R.W. Burnham, R.M. Hanes, and C.J. Bartelso. "Color: A Guide to Basic Facts and Concepts." The Use of Color in Interiors. John Wiley & Sons, Inc. New York, 1963.

THE EFFECT OF LIGHT AND COLOR
In the interior color, to express the "true color" has no meaning because light is such a variable element. The result of light to the color changes everything which includes the temperature and radiation of the room. Rooms that has many windows or open concept to the sunlight are rooms that represent zesty and warmth but produces heat which can be uncomfortably exasperating. At other times both daylight and night will be presenting as the reality. Color today is really popular because today, we are using most colors to design contemporary places in order to describe the originality of who we are and capabilities. Alternatively, in other places, color is described neutrally because it is appreciated fantastically which varies into their own environment and design which results in satisfaction and enjoyment.

In the ancient times, the use of colors into the interior space was widely used because they were pleasing in candlelight. Light modifies colors in an almost infinite number of ways. Colors that are selected or mixed should be seen in light for which they are to live, like portrait painting, sketch rendering, and drawing with color perspective. Generating much varieties of lights in residential or commercial structures may not be as attractive because some lights are luminescent so colors will tend to dull. In the commercial, color is just like a side kick or a type of seasoning ingredient just to be appreciated by the place. By using colors sometimes and can be interfering with such lighting like reflected light, and diffused lighting. To illustrate the idea, the colored bulbs are the materials that are used as well in the interior space to dress a design room co-ordinately.

In nature, it provides us with sunlight which results from a large variety of hue. Real light like sunlight is an energy itself, but when it comes to color then it is a reflection that can make possible changes to the environment. For the opposite, today's technology which we all use nowadays which provides different illumination of light towards to color because the technology to intertwine to light in order to work with color. All of the types of light and uses of color can or may be manipulated by a designer to create particular effects.

Egbert Jacobson, "Basic Color: An Interpretation of the Ostwald Color System." The Use of Color in Interiors. Paul Theobold & Company. Chicago, 1948.

Light.  The light is a projection between a light source and a surface. Reflected light inflicts on the surface of an object which creates a stain. The brightness of a light can also change the effects of color painted to the material. The amount of light hitting a surface determines the amount of light brightness, and therefore the brightness of the color changes ultimately.

Each part of a room can have various colors even combined with a projected ray of light to a colored material. The result of combined color creates

an abstract environment and it changes when light hits the ground dramatically. Combining light and color to the interior spaces are fundamental that varies a degree which produces an unlimited color palette.
Herald Kuppers, "Color: Origin, Systems, Uses". Van Nostrand Reinhold. New York, 1973.

Color. The color is the central qualities/fundamental of a property that can be used to change the space and the object that is also in space. For normal lighting, color reacts differently based off what color is used when it is either bold and solid colors of lighter colors. Alternatively, if in a case when lighter color blends to bold solid color then it creates longer wavelengths which will give a tendency sometimes to appear the room to be closer.

Some colors like blue, red, gray, and yellow which are applied to the interior space, actually will result to receding through spaces. From the above, red is used to specific rooms like kitchen and dining area, in that way, there is a tendency for aiming an appetite and stimulate the mood of a person. Blue is cool down tension and it is an ideal for modern spaces, living room, display room, and commercial areas are the main gallery room described. Blue is also an invigorating feel which can relate to a natural environment that is more ocean like beneath. The color yellow to the interior spaces seems expandable because yellow is blendable and it can be used or applied  to any partition which will expand spaces that give warmth feeling and excitement. For gray color, it is ideal for industrial offices like banking institutes, towers and etc., but gray gives a mood of the impression to electronics which is uninformed and eclectic. Additionally, once both colors are put together then it represents a foreshortening which is producing an illusion of projection to the extension of space and color also had the ability to reduce the length of space if it is used differently in a radical way.

Styne, Alexander, "The Universal Color Language." A Working Tool for the Designer, CS. Chicago, 1976

Surface. The surface on which color is applied will also affect the look of the color. A rough texture deep pile carpet will darken the color by absorbing light and providing shadows. Matte or medium-textured fabrics also have the low light reflection. A smooth surface, however, will reflect more light and color will seem truer. Highly reflective or shiny surfaces will also alter color appearance, especially where the light hits the surface.

THE APPLICATION OF COLOR, "BUILT-IN MATERIALS"
Constructions like hanging wall and curvilinear wall partition are the design features that sometimes rely on the type of color applied to it with design on the material. Colors that are in built-in materials are the interior finishes that are cheap which it can even own by many locals. Alternatively, even the local residential can even purchase colors in the built-in material and basically just apply them into any interior spaces desired. The application of color is important to any or most buildings because the architect and interior designers rely on a true design which that gives flavor and originality. Architecture and Interior Design has its own characteristic in approaching to color, a designer always reconsiders ideas, beliefs, and methods flow back and forth between the two. Colors really push designers to their edge in order to achieve everything just for the sake of looks and exoticness.

The former American architect, "Frank Lloyd Wright", who believed that the outside and inside of a house should be "of each other", held that an organic building should seem to grow out of the ground and that building and ground should be obviously related to each other. In colors, the architecture is art and art as an architecture, the idea of this philosophy is to mix both architecturally designed building and color for in that way where there is a sense of abstract design which will plural the miniature styles into the building. Similarly, it is also believed that inorganic architecture the materials should be used in their original state and should not be changed or modified in appearance by the application of paint, wallpaper, or other covering.

The other opinion as a designer is to have and consider an international style within the modern movement in order to strive a combination of all demands in needs. Additionally, as a designer, to the application of colors into the built-in materials will find beauty, discipline, restraint and the greatest possible refinement of all essential elements.

As for the interior designers, the designers must first completely understand the past design in order to realize and comprehend today's design and colors which have now been developed. A dynamic style in which the volume of the interior of a building and as well as its exterior building is arranged so that the form and proportions will create a coordinated whole. Asymmetry replaces symmetry, materials are carefully selected so that their beauty and natural qualities are expressed by skillful placement for the proportions and detail.

Generally, furnishing/furniture and fittings are simple, functional and an integral part of the design is reasonable. In many cases, building furnishings are designed by the architect. Such design inspired an interest in architectural circles. Designers of the third group use of only historic forms and color, combined natural materials, manufactured materials, and modern architectural forms with electric patterns and forms. The colors that are used to include pastel shades, medium hues, brilliant hues, and combinations of all three. Color and design are almost always asymmetrical. Idealistically, one or two walls in a room are often painted into a deeper colors, the remaining walls or parts thereof being constructed of a natural material such as wood or stone, or painted gray or off-white but accents are brilliant in hues.

In interior finishes, it can definitely be simple or to elaborate, depending upon the budget, the desire of the client, the requirements of the job, and possibly the length of time necessary. An interior design may select a color for the building, only to find that it cannot be obtained in time. But no matter what the beliefs or desires may be, interior designers have at their clearance in colors which are usually available in any materials. Regardless materials are used in any given design but to apply colors into the materials is luxurious and psychological. The success of the architect and interior designer depends on upon the proper relationship of parts as well as the correct selection of materials and colors for interior finishes.
Halse, Albert. "Building Stone Institute." The Application of Color. New York, NY, 1976-77

Color and Light Color is considered to be a mental phenomenon which is evoked by light striking the back of the eye after passing through the visual media. But the color which on the object is determined by its relative ability to absorb light rays. Color and light are different because they each carry a different form, outline and appeal to the surroundings whether if it is for interior spaces or exterior backyards. The way color behaves to the modern architecture and construction is variant that's because color plays around with many   materials like gloss, silky objects, corrugated wood pattern, and including metal/steel application. Light in modern and contemporary interior spaces is illuminating or highlighting the millwork and interior structure that is mostly obtuse, acute and nexus shape.

Simple colors like white in modern spaces are used in surfaces, white surfaces reflect all colors but absorbing none. In opposite black surfaces, white surfaces reflect all colors but absorbing them. In addition, black is an absence of color that grim the surrounding which is very awe but in design, black is mostly good for background use and canvas in foreshortening.
1975, Yale University Press Light and Optics.Albers J. "The Interaction of Color," http <://acept.asu.edu/PiN/rdg/color/color.shtml>

Colors in Design - Had evolved in many centuries ago, colors before are influenced by the needs and sustainability. In natural life, the way we translate colors is in by our interior body which is called blood, it is red, pure and solid. In the natural environment, color is described as a green environment which is the agricultural crop like leaves that are usually green and stem that is brown and looking through the earth high above we usually automatically illustrates a world of the zesty perfect circle for the green dimension. The color is a large understanding in many types of approach that came from the many individuals, color is not just for design but it is also defining a scientific, technological and puzzle. In interior design and architecture the role of color is to collaborate with a structure that represents towards the idea of thoughts of how it correlates to the person's view. Additionally, interior structure spaces do understand that colors are the applications for materials, walls, ceilings, and lighting.

Properties of Color - May is described as having three outstanding properties, shades, tones, value, and intensity. Shade is the name of the color, such as blue which differentiates it from defining another color like green or magenta. The temperature of a color has no physical basis, but blue, green and violet which seems to recede are labeled "cool" or "cold" feelings. However, colors like red, orange, and yellow seem to have advanced monotone which is called, "warm" feel like colors. Since color may be the thoughts of a reflecting light, the type of light that falls upon an object will affect the object's apparent color.

R.W. Burnham R.M. Hanes and C.J. Bartelson, "Properties of Color." The Use of Color in Interiors, 1963, John Wiley & Sons

Effects of Surroundings on Colors - Are the certain phenomena that should be kept in mind when selecting colors for an interior space. For instance, a delicate balance between the several colors used, one color must outweigh. The other words of an effect of a color surrounding are when the surrounding itself developed its own colors which can be described as natural and simplistic. A surrounding that looked like a wall when painted in a bright color will seem to be larger than it supposed to that's because the bright color is more stimulating to the eye than a dimmer color. A white area surrounded by a darker area appears to enlarge in size and dimension. Alternatively, if the same color is used in several parts of the architectural space like rooms and etc., then the result may appear to be different in color which can also be different in many places because of the variation in the amount of light to which it is exposed in which the caused of the proximity of the other colors.

The fact that colors look different in other surroundings which may led to many disappointments because colors itself were been selected for decoration with no thought of the eventual neighboring colors. In interior design or architecture, colors that have a deep value such as deep blue color seem to be heavier than pale colors like yellow, red and orange. The deep colors can cause an imbalance in a room if too much of the deep color is used on one side or in one area. In interior spaces and structure designs it should be known or to be remembered that light colors, tints are always looking brighter whenever they are illuminated within the dark room/backgrounds. If a particular room is painted with one single color than the visible size of the room will be increased. If one of the warm colors is illuminated or painted on a canvas then the room will appear to be smaller. Bright colors like yellow and oranges, and light green will have a bright quality and should be used to brighten the space of the interior room. Bold and deep colors for color surroundings is good but to appreciate the design spaces it requires the balance of application of color to the surrounding in order to show the real style.

The interior dome where the interior structure is designed and installed with flat screens and mobile speakers had also included the color by the number of lights below the grade. This room uses light colors which are absolute to the home theater because the room with its lighter color speaks of sound which will attract and create a dynamic virtue to the image. Additionally, because there are a number of lights from the ground that are incorporated then new colors will have appeared which are the shades and shadows projecting into various position into the dimensional space. Philosophically, the sound travels through the color because the color of the surrounding correlates to the sound. The sound gives a rhythm of volume but the color is as bold as the tone of the sound volume.
R.W. Burnham, R.M., Hanes and C.J. Bartelson, "Effects of Surrounding on Colors." The use of color in interiors, 1963, John Wiley & Sons

The Development of Color Plan
The creation of a color plan for any building designs and architectural space requires the application of established guidelines for creative reasoning.

  • Exploration of the field in which the problem arises

  • Formation of a hypothesis

  • Development of the hypothesis to discover its implications

  • Progressive testing and verification of the hypothesis by repeated observation

Analysis - In solving a problem, one would determine the proposed use of space, which means to get a space that will measure a large size which is enough to be appreciated and considered when color is applied. The size of the space is important because this will determine the amount or the number of furniture that are displayed on the interior space plus the traffic flow or travel distance which includes the safety and disability passageway. The orientation of the space is critical because it requires being accessible into areas like, exclusive rooms or a particular room which are next to washroom or storage, therefore, this type of orientation will be under consideration. The type of people who are occupying the space must be legible, it means that space varies the amount or number of a person that is only required in that area. Alternatively, space is typically measured into 20' x 30', then the maximum amount of person required by the building code is 2 dwellings.

The length of time within the allowed space may occupy by the person with different sizes and their activities on the time has to be prerogative. The existing color which is installed on the interior wall spaces were considered that way it will set emotions of feel to increase mood due to the colors applied within the wall surroundings. The client's preferences regarding color and style must be perceptive and consistent.

Halse, Albert. "The Development of the Color Plan." The Application of Color, New York, NY, 1976-77

The Chromatic Circle and Its Use - The interior designer is an expert in large colors which are ready to fuse and apply in a matter of buildings. The chromatic circle is described more as recycled materials which is incinerated and   remodeled, redesigned products to evolve furniture and massive interior construction. While there are instances for designers will be called upon to specify and to help develop special colors and design, their ability must lie in dealing with finished products and combining them for the desired effect. The diversity of the colors to interior construction is the finished products that create effective and artistically satisfying space. The chromatic circle shows what happens when the various colors are mixed together. On the chromatic circle, is in other words called the "secondary colors," and each is located halfway between two of the primary colors. Each situated halfway between primary colors. Each situated halfway between a primary color and a secondary color is usually by mixing primary and secondary pigments. The chromatic circle is a basic arrangement, this is the element of which can always be found in the same position.

Simple color categories into which all pigment names can fall. An interior design is composing a color scheme for any given project, it is not as important to know the exact notation for a fabric color as it is to know that the fabric will be appropriate for its use. In short, interior space requires a simple system that permits the use of colors in appropriate relationships and that is flexible enough to use the many available products. The good color scheme employs only a few colors, properly selected, mixed, and blended. The professional interior designer uses many shades of monochrome but very few colors, while the amateur is inclined to use a great much more variety of colors that are needed. In designing, there are rules of colors that are disregarded, formulated, and modified.

Black, white, or gray - This means that black can be fused to white and the same as for the opposite. To mixed both black and white creates a grayscale hue which is strategic to design spaces because mixing two different colors can be calculated by the variation whether to make it darker or brighter. The color black and white is the simplest of all schemes, in designing black, and white, can be  mixed but colors alone like black or white are normally used for accents and foreshortening backgrounds. In addition, these two basic colors are just a sense to complete the paragraph, black and white is the tone that will give proper tune of a sense to this line.

The monochromatic scheme - Is very simple but attractive, one is determined in many shades of a single color that are used. The monochromatic scheme is for every color used, not only for basic primary color but also for contemporary colors as well.

Analogous scheme plus complementary accent - A common type of color scheme consists of two analogous colors plus a complementary color. Both analogous and complementary can also be described as an accent to show the highlight of the building. Additionally, this type of scheme can be used in small rooms like the cafeteria, basketball gym, computer room, club/bar, and much more.

Complementary Scheme - For a simple complementary scheme, two colors that are opposite to each other in the chromatic circle such like blue-violet and yellow-orange are used. Grays can be formed in a paint or dye by mixing any two complements such like red and green, yellow and violet, orange and blue-green. A complementary scheme in a dining room might use blue green and red orange

Near, or split, complements - A split complements take the form of a color wheel, for instance, the yellow color, orange, and green of the stem are predominant. A split complement color scheme then is composed of a color plus one color from each side of the direct complement of the first color.

Double split complements - A double split complements is a form of a chromatic circle. Double split complements are colors that used to young girls such as lime, lemon, pink, and etc., and mostly the room chosen is the bedroom. Alternatively, colors like white walls printed curtains containing varied amounts of all four colors on a white ground.

Triads - A color scheme that may be obtained by the mixture of triads, that is three colors which are the colors that are used in one room or either way, colors that are combined or mixed together in order to form one and new bold possibilities. With all color schemes except the monochromatic, different kinds of colors and mixtures thereof may be obtained by varying the pigments that are used. Other colors that are based on triads are simple poetic to use in a room.

Preliminary Findings - Is the color that determines in a building for which color that must be used in order to have the fashion of appeal. Colors are always desired not just for walls, floors, ceilings, furniture and etc., but even in the ecosystem in order to truly satisfy the overall design firm. The development of color system includes actual materials which are examined in colors that are also determined whether stock paints can be used.

 - The development of the color system Developmentare the actual selection of the right colors to be painted in materials, also to measure the predominant size and measurement of the square room whether if the paint of the color would be enough for usage. The materials like wood, wall coverings, furniture, fabrics, carpets, and other materials to represent as another color draw are required. Additionally, in evaluating the findings and to modify, adjust, or change the color for installation can be necessary because based on the materials and shape color do cares for such reasons. Finally, to experiment with the variation of the final color plan and to introduce colors individually.
Egbert Jacobson. "The Preliminary Findings and Analysis." The Use of Color in Interiors. Paul Theobold & Company. Chicago, 1948.

Color in Daylight
The colors that will be selected in a residential or commercial will be determined within part by the actual location/place. Color determine if whether the building is facing different directions for which the daylight will mostly elevate to the building. Generally, colors can be used in a strategic way by using colors in each location. The use of warm colors on the north is compelled to daylight, a cool color effect will then fall on the south where the sun falls, and neutral colors on the east and west will project when the building can only absorb such daylight. Colors in daylight are usually the factors of light that reflect trees and other buildings. A daylight from the building is very functional in the room and as well as the prime hours used in particular space.

Incandescent Light and Fluorescent Light - Incandescent light is a glowing light which is best in commercial application for propaganda and media. Incandescent light is very flexible to all design firms which means that it doesn't only rely on one type of fixture but also capable of any variations of building structures. The incandescent lighting has a unique special ability which the electrode material can be used in inside-frosted rooms, eliminate striation, and help saturate shadows. Incandescent is generally preferred over the clear bulb and normally used in portable lighting fixtures which are hung from ceilings or attached to walls. Fluorescent light was actually first introduced as blanc light, this type of lighting is trying to achieve or imitate the daylight from the sun. However, because fluorescent lighting is inexpensive, the great advances were been made to provide fluorescent lights in order to improve its durability which may be similar to the incandescent lighting. Most fluorescent lights are described as warm white color, cool white color, and cool white deluxe which is used mostly in luxury hotels and private/customed building structures. Fluorescent lights are mostly used in commercial, institutional, industrial installation and residential use. Fluorescent lamps designated in a warm area to emphasize lighter colors. The cool lamps emphasize marine glow, and usually blue.

Structural Lighting - Is a fluorescent type of lighting material. Structural lighting is a wall bracket, cover, luminous wall panels and diffusers. Structural lighting is normally installed above luminous ceiling panels, bulkheads, under soffits, niches, and coffers. It is not the purpose to go into the design of these various installations. In some residential structures, warm light preferably will need to have a neutral illumination. Normally, structural lighting is color flat white which is recessed of the several varieties of installation purposes for to use or paint flat white. When colors are being chosen in structural or lighting then it is automatically used under many light sources. Structural lighting fluorescent in the kitchen is a good idea which it always provided the illumination of the light beam. However, if the kitchen area is installed with an island counter at the center of the perimeter then the partition structure of the counter are illuminated by a deluxe cool white fluorescent lamp which is controlled with the anit-glare preventing fade but in replacement of soft and adequate lighting.

CHAPTER 2: COLOR IN INTERIOR DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE

Color in Interior Design and Architecture is a very successful aspect into the interior space and construction of the desired building. Space that has an abstract

a color is a pleasant and appropriate style which can give an impression to a full extent of inevitable reaction. Even for a space, or a room which is organized and well structured but such room without a proper use of color is unpleasant which will only lead to a depressing and disappointing mood. The color is mainly known as universally in everything, color is also usually found in many aspects of a genre which are in music, spotlights, exclusive fabrics and technologies. A color is also well known in a relationship and functions very well with it, the use of color in such characteristics could also mean a symbol as a stand-alone design. Colors in interior design and exterior shell were described as either contemporary or modern design because creating a stylistic structure also depends on in color which is a general basic. The fact about colors is truly a universal way of use in anything especially in all building structures because it means to create different kinds of moods and provokes certain behavior. The effect of color is to express the minds in the everyday work, this is suggestion strongly in shopping malls, hospitals, groceries, schools, church and all media because color functions can sell products through retail with influence. In architecture, color is inspired by movement, style and size.

"In design buildings, it is often noted that individual people avoid color and material selection, preferred to function with the planning aspects of design and with constructional details while putting off color planning until in the last minute when there is no time to make a wise and thoughtful decision. In order to trust one's judgment in color matters, whether one is a design professional or an amateur, it will always be helpful to develop experience through work with color in abstract exercises and planning."
. 2005, Colo In Interior Design and ArchitecturePile F. John. "Design Buildings,"
McGrawl-Hill

The Science of Color
Color is considered a shattering light, in order to understand color it is very important to learn something about how light becomes a color.A projecting light can be considered as a color because there are functions where it will interfere, reflect, and absorb. these class of characteristics can be a reflection of the surroundings and will distinguish the color through a variety of movement.

"In a light, color is known for rays of a light beam which is best described as an energy. Light travels in predictable and measurable patterns. The most well-known theory is that light travels in an undulating wavelike motion. The wavelengths vibrate at different frequencies, and the number of frequency in vibration determine the individual color. Light can be divided up into miniature substance through diffraction, which involves bending light by sending it through a very small slit or very sharp edges. Color can occur in the presence of light passing thru film reels, such as oil which that do not allow light waves to penetrate completely. The pattern will form when light waves are forced to interfere with each other because of the layers in the structure of the object. The most common method of producing different colors is through absorption and reflection. When a light illuminates to the ground or object then some of the light waves are absorbed by the molecules of the object's surface while other components are completely or partially reflected off the surface."
Poyton Charles. "Color Physics," Britannica. 2004, Solution Design

Color in Design
Color does not exist without light, the reason is that darkness is the absence of color and alternative colors are invisible in dark areas. Color can only transparent if

lightdo exist. In addition, in reality, the natural environment needs light in order to survive which is known as the living micro-organism and plants. Natural color also exists in mother nature, but the earth ecosystem's majority of color is the chlorophyll which is a type of living organism that is found in plants/leaves where chlorophyll is the substance that makes the leaf greenish. The day is light with such brightness then the true beauty of the plant of the natural environment will bloom. At night, it is considered darkness such as where the absence of color. In a design, the theory about the natural environment was translated into the interior structure/design where it uses light in order to have a visible appearance of color designed or painted which it can be appreciated and satisfied. Additionally, the technology, in building structures like commercial and residential is an illustration of what light can do to colors and colors can also do to light.

Conclusion
Over all, colors by design is a phenomenal influence which that keeps everyone and the interior space construction alive or lively. Colors enlighten everything, it provides joy, warmth, and ability to relieve stress. Based on the environment, color is very useful because it keeps the every living organism alive as well as the agricultural ecosystem. Interior designer/Architecture have adapted the color from the environment which is the green color, The idea is when designers and architecture have started the construction made by green which are woods then as also have learned that color is a fundamental in mixing to the structure. It is an astounding thought that in today's modern culture, there are plenty of colors evolved and the amount of colors used in different ways.

Colors in this modern civilization are very popular in technology because color today is relating to light as well. Color is life and it educates viewers of how to get along or be used with it, colors also heals, it quenches and it brings ideas in order to solve the problem. In technology, colors are very much prioritised and important because thats how the technology communicate and illustrate in different terminologies, symbols and codes. Alternatively, colors also works with vareity of lights which is also known as the electrode lighting hue, which defines that color will and can produce energy and power.

To understand building construction, interior psaces, and design structure then it must first take into a consideration that color flavours every interior and exterior buildings and as well as with residential/commercial building structures. Conceptually, color is known as an invigorating matter which brings everything fresh bold new possibilities within design. Idealistically, color do have a lot of special effect and have an ability to lighten up various materials. Colors is always described as an emotional like object or substance, it had to do with psychology like an ability to set different moods, described environment changes, calmness, it also had an ability to stress human thinking, and etc. Color is indeed a powerful meaning featuring many different ideas which will give life in thoughts as well for in all design facts, architecture digests and design space orientation matters.

Lastly, it also proves that color do varies in everything applied, drawn and painted into. Today, most generation were born seeing, knowing but not fully understanding colors, however, were taught about colors. Philosophically, colors are a priority today because it illustrates of how everyone in different cultures of how to properly understand objects that is applied with colors and the environment which is also showing of how to live a life of many ideas which can be favourable and of course colourful.

The Sphere of Influence

During the Byzantine period, most Architects came up with an idea of a dazzling invention like a hemispherical structure that evolved from the arch. It is usually forming a ceiling/roof which that first appeared as a solid mound and in techniques that adapt into small buildings like around caps inspired by the Mediterranean. The Romans introduced a large-scale masonry hemisphere which is an interpretation structure called the dome. The dome in the Roman architecture is a style representing their imperial power which is carved into the structure of the design referring as policy and law of their country. Additionally, the dome exerts thrusts within the perimeter, and in the earliest times/days, the architectural monuments of Roman culture have an inspired design in a Roman Pantheon that is created and built by strong supporting walls.

The transition from a cubic base to hemispherical dome was achieved by four pendentives. Invert triangular masses of masonry curved both horizontally and vertically, the structural apexes rested on four piers to which they conducted the forces of dome. All structural sides were reasonably joined to form arches over openings in four faces of the structure. The base have met in a complete circle to form the dome foundation, the pendentive dome could rest directly on the spherical foundation upon cylindrical wall called, "drum" which is installed between two structures in order to increase height.

The top of the dome during the Roman times was constructed with a design called, "Oculus". It is a definition of a (Plural Oculi), it is translated as the "eye of the top". A circular opening in the center of the top of the dome is called oculus. It originates in antiquity where it is featured by the Byzantine and Neoclassical architecture. In addition, the structure is described as a vertical style of Gothic architecture, the dome is regained during the European Renaissance and Baroque periods. The effort and ingenuity devoted to doming rectangular structures which explain principally by the symbolic character of the dome.

For today's modern architecture structures and designs, the dome is named or described by a variety of descriptions. It is rather conceptualized based on the thoughts of how can one simple object can bloom into something magnifenct into a structure. The distinction between vaults and domes had lost its original significance of which being based on the type of curvature in the slab.

Unitized Curtain Wall Fused with Geodesic Dome

The structure is designed with ultra-thermal performance to suit a mid to high rise applications. Structural silicone glazed (SSG) has a blasts mitigation and fabricated system.

Mullions are designed for deflection limitations, if spherecal structure is incorporated with the curtain wall system then the curves for mullions with horizontals will be based on engineering calculations for stress and deflection. Allowable wind load stress for aluminum structure for triangle design in the spherecal structure.

Generic project specifies on U-factor which is a percentage of glass that varies on specific design depending on sitelines.

Insulated Metal Panel

The cubicle building structure for the existing building design was equipped with an "Optimo Embossed Insulated Metal Wall Panel". The Optimo component insulated panel by Kingspan is an insulated metal panel that offers design flexibility and suitable panels can reduce construction delays which offer faster onsite installations compared to multipart foam insulated panels. Optimo provides a single component wall system with exceptional airtightness and low thermal bridging potentially reducing energy costs by up to 30% compared to traditional multipart built-up systems. Kingspan Optimo insulated panels provide a cutting edge technology where practicality. ergonomic and durability ensuring quality for the exterior building structure. In addition, it is a modern aesthetic that boosts curb appeal.

Overall Dimensions: (Initial), Floor Plan - 30.000 sq. ft., Site Plan - 45,000 sq. ft., Parking Perimeter - 7,000 sq. ft.

Entrances: Double swing entry at facing Northeast building towards to main reception area, and installed with 2 Thermal glazing insulclad with one emergency exit. 2 exit                doors on the Northwest side of the building, one single and one double multiple uses. 2 large shutters facing on the warehouse for shipping and delivery. Two                  double entry at Southwest location of the building at the nearby dome location. 2 emergency exits and 2 main entry at the Southeast building location.

Traffic Flow: 2 parking space for disability signs, one-way entry for a vehicle(s), one walkway for pedestrian(s).

Exterior Site: Relatively in the center of a landscape where every pedestrian(s) and transportation accessibility service. An additional large vehicle or delivery trucks and fire                    truck accessibility.

Doors and Windows: Both interlocking systems were installed by Kingspan Optimo for flush glaze window and door frame system is margined accordingly to the front                                     entry of the main office which is primarily facing the interior structure of reception area. Designwall 2000 Optimo combining design appeal and                                       structural performances located in the front staff are the primary entry which describes first entry following installment of secondary premises for                                   climate control temperature which comply with building code requirements distances within both egresses which are both primary and secondary                                   entrances. All door entries that were installed in a building perimeter had complied with both standard manufacture measurements. The door design                               for the front entry is by Kingspan 4500 flush glaze which featured superior support and excellent thermal performances. Therefore the                                                   environmental azimuth for curtain walls is positioned in front of the offices and reception area making the entire structure a symmetrical view for
daily work period. All windows were designed in reference to timber metallic frame as part of its structure to show visible framework. In addition,                                   all window frames were tinted black for the purpose of daylight illumination and solar heat radiation protection.

Existing HVAC Strategy: The existing HVAC within the building structure is located on the roof above the warehouse concealed regardless of mechanical                                                            purposes.

Structure: The existing building is shaped rectangularly.

Architectural Style & Vocabulary: The existing building which is known as a manufacturing plant is realistically known for manufacturing heavy machinery.                                                                     The exterior wall of the building is originally made of masonry cladding. The interior structure is framed with a metal                                                                               structure which is only meant for distribution of artillery.

Orientation: The rising and the setting of the sun will vary due to the weather condition, on a normal temperature, the daylight symbolizes a fresh and zesty                                  environment that give light to the area which provided the interior building structure an invigorating feel. The building orientation has a 40% of                                light illumination which that projects light inside the interior space, but since the curtain wall and window frame is tinted the amount or percentage                        of light within the interior space creates a cool and refreshing surroundings. The relationship of the light of the sunshine on the interior space is the                        reflection of the wall color deflection whereas the light ray strikes at the wall color where the color itself blends in with the interior space.

Adjacencies: The most important theory in the building structure is when it is appreciated by the guest and users of the structure which at the same time                                       compliant for all health and safety building requirements. In addition, lighting like floor lighting, spot lighting, and fluorescent lighting are also                                 important because such illumination gives the life of the interior and exterior space.

JOHN FUENTES - DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE

The concept of the company's function is to highlight envigorating and enlightening secondary colors. The structural design is focusing on both exterior and interior building layout at with a historical language movement and at the same time projecting a modernistic style that flows to environmental surroundings where green is the primary life for the structure. The existing building is located in the city of Oakville and it resides within the industrial area where all know manufacturing brands for produce and crops are located. The area itself has an excitingly inviting atmosphere due to the exotic natural green ecosystem.

The building structure is futuristic where it can also be described as a dream place because it is an acclaimed motion with a magnificent parabolic sphere design making the structure a truly original and truly inspiring. On the spherical structure part the dome is embedded by splendid engravings pertaining to an art nouveau style; in addition to a focal point an open illuminating natural sunlight, kinda like an "oculus" type. When the sunlight hits the top of the geodesic, the side effect of the interior light will have different shadings and temperature since the outside light penetrating to the structure and the dome structure itself is conducting heat from inside out. The sphere design is a massive structure that is fuzed on the building box itself and it is tuned with truly artistic carving built to astonish a great installment of classical modern art. The significant hieroglyphics carvings on the lower part of the circumference is a never been seen before design which is extracting into an impressionistic era. At most, the notion of the brand is to provide an importance not only to humans but also to nature and environmental health.

The ideal modern technology is the world that we live in today, it is a dream wild and awake and will do everything to have it all. To become part of it the advanced technology is like a dream that you will not wake up, a vision where you'll keep your eyes always close.

Into the interior space, the round arch shell represents an inspiration of an Architectural history of Pantheon structure which derives back from the early Roman period. During the early Roman Architecture, the ideal building structure is meticulously constructed to provide appropriate interior temperature and light.

The function of this building is through the curvilinear elegance of rounder shape and the art is a perfectly carved skeleton with glazing proposal. Alternatively, the sphere construction is located in the southwest of the building so that it will have a higher percentage of solar radiance projecting to the dome. The dome itself is designed with solar glazing material with cooling material for temperature conductivity and to fluctuate the interior space turning the layout into the most dazzling art ever. However, the interior dome itself has created a space which had maximized the size of the volume of the interior structure causing a converse effect on the perception. The visual perception of the interior space allows a dweller to be immediately at ease due to the background's simplicity.

In conclusion, there are three main designs that utter the truth about the spherical structure and an absolute colossal monument was it also incorporates a sense of modernistic art which are perspective,  impression and composition. Those characteristic express both mental and physical interpretation and sight. Displacement

JOHN FUENTES - DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE

Project Location: The existing building is located in Oakville, Ontario and the area is surrounded by a compound of warehouses, factories, and manufacturing plant buildings. The existing
structure's neighboring brands like outlet stores, theatres, restaurants, and banking institution for easy convenience and expediency. The most highlighted and selected
part of the building body is the geodesic dome structure. At most, it has a superb iconic structure because of it's allegedly designed for a daily use for the sole purpose
of creating cutting-edge-technology. The exterior of the dome is inspired by "Art Nouveau" Architecture with a combination of modern crisp lines expressing
brightness and culture of the design.

Anticipated User: At the interior space of the building, the office located on the main hall where the large room is displayed with an L-shaped workstation is likely to occupy by a variety
of workers like weapon scientist, nuclear engineers, architectural power-house, and etc. It is an area where all high-profile employees innovate the latest technologies
and weaponry boasting to the entire world. In addition, on the geodesic structure part, the design of the curvilinear walls over the interior space is also best described
as the largest room in the entire building structure. Eventually, it can also be visited by the guest who is coming from the higher ops and individual from different
                        parties.

Project Goals: The main goal and vision of this building structure is to enlarge the ideas of excitement, to be revitalized, and to feel a warmth and energized. Alternatively, the whole
building structure is designed with multiple occupational space orientations like meeting area, mezzanine for the lounge area, gallery room where all creations and
photographs are displayed, restaurants and more. Furthermore, to also provide the "green" environment keeping healthy where it is also displayed as a decor.

Design Image: The illustration photo of the interior building space is inspired by the structural art, colors, style, modern design, types of lighting and originality. In reality, the existing
building's interior space is a place where it constructs power and heavy machinery, the environment or surrounding of the original spaces are rather rusty and topsy-
turvy. Since the building was reconstructed through concept and visual innovation, it now has a new look of modern design, preppy, and artistically overstated.

Mentor: Chad Blundy "Recreation & Fitness Coordinator"

Coordinator's Biography

Fitness and Recreation Coordinator, Chad Blundy, is a known coordinator at Sheridan Bruins. Throughout his career and position as a coordinator, Chad's experience in his previous task is to perform a lot of maintenace in the weight room, and his duty is to monitor the equipment and to organize the number of materials, supplies, and accessories organized in certain areas. He later found an opportunity in a training facility so he decided to volunteer in working with elite athletes to train them in several types of sports. After a few experiences for a training facility, Chad Blundy pursue his studies at McGill University majoring in Kinesiology which is a study of human movement that can relate to sports, and track & field activities. Additionally, Chad Blundy received minor courses in management that connects to business studies. Chad's specific knowledge as a fitness coordinator are basic facts in human body/proportion, and understanding on the proper use of equipment that is required in a specific kind of sports application are crucial. Furthermore, to have a sufficient knowledge of health and fitness is ta have an ability to coach which he always considered his lifestyle. Throughout the time when Chad was a student at McGill University he had a sport of his own which is a game called hockey. Chad Blundy played for varsity hockey team and as a hockey player, he later developed his skills in in a game where he can play like a pro until at a sudden time he earned an opportunity to play in a professional hockey team in Texas. However, for such opportunity as a hockey player Chad Blundy was overwhelmed with conflict in his lifestyle because he later became exhausted on all his activities which cost Chad to reside back in Canada to rest for a spot.

Later, Chad Blundy managed to establish a reputation in the athletic industry. Chad enjoys working with students because he gets the privilege to share his past experiences in sports, and athlete which he always believes that it will inspire and motivate. According to his statement when he was a student, he'd been through a lot of challenges, hardships just to obtain strengths in every game(s) he gets involved. Chad Blundy's personal definition of hardship is endurance, it is when to play and challenge a good and competitive player. He also wanted to show students how to be a truly real sports player by trying to express building skills in helping students increase their potential knowledge of the game of all time.

According to his training background, Chad Blundy's basketball tips are to keep practicing in ball tactics; dribbling, throwing, shooting, and running. He also suggested that training in bodybuilding and other types of physical movement are a great way to build both physical and psychological skills because he always believes that playing any sports are not only to playing but also requires good preparations, and exercise. His ideal healthy living and a focused mind are supplements in a game which will equip a player at most. Chad's definition of preparing for a game and to be physically and psychologically ready is always to have a focus but rich mindset, spiritually strong, actively driven flexible and good diet. Most of those characteristics will definitely help improve a character in all types of sports.

To possess a sufficient knowledge of Chad Blundy's philosophy is to help a person to understand then attain all necessary skills to win. His quote is, "a good player or sportsperson that is fun to be and with a great spirit will always achieve the unachievable". Alternatively, Chad's testimony is that his time as a sportsman was a bumpy road which is all known too many players and his teams. However, in order to enjoy a bitter game, he must first have to conquer his weaknesses and the monster that resides in his heart, thus he can only win a battle.

Excitement, respect, are the main things that made him happy, and respect for others definitely creates a good team and healthy relationships. Chad Blundy's vocabulary of the (functions) at the post-secondary institution in Sheridan gymnasium facility is not that broad. The layout of the rooms is architecturally not too unpleasant because every person/user in that occupy a space in the hall is convenient. The structural orientation of the interior space is not narrow, as a matter of fact, not too vast but rather a well-balanced spacing. The main entrance of the faculty at the center of the lobby leads to all connecting rooms which are also options leading to the large gymnasium. Otherwise, the passageway that connects to the gallery hall also leads to the front desk.

The advantages of the interior space facility at the front and near entry is that the spot is equipped with a surveillance camera. The unique part of this structure and the layout of the interior structure is that the large circular mirror on every angle of the wall coordinates with one another like a mirror shield. The idea was inspired by the prison cell at the early time when designed. Chad Blundy's understanding in interior space of the building is that the structure has to be precise at the same time, to include all important rooms required for the entire building facility.

Ideally, an extent storage place for materials and supplies, locker rooms that contains 20 to 25 lockers, 2 changing rooms, one for men and one for female. 2 bathrooms with an additional installation for change room between male and female. The main office, gallery, laundry room, janitor, HVAC, chemical room and facilities management. If more spaces are available then a store will be a good idea to incorporate business and also a good strategy to help develop the company's organizational business.

Lastly, we believe in luxury because if space is designed for a high profile it then reflects the user of the building.

Design Illustrated Project: Gymnasium

Area of Facility: Sheridan Bruins Faculty

Location: Trafalgar Campus, Oakville

Councilor: Jim Flack, (Athletic Director)

Director's Biography

Jim Flack is a known director in Sheridan sports recreation facility and head of the administration areas. Jim Flack was born in Ontario at Georgetown and resided for more than 40 years in his hometown. Raise in Streetsville during his childhood and attended high school in the same town. He later pursue his education in York University and further his studies in Niagara University for a Master's Degree. Jim Flack posses an experience as a teacher in secondary school for 11 years which is very good opportunity as a career.

The idea and definition of "Bruins" were issued in 1967 which is a bear symbol describing as wild and unstoppable but friendly. As an athletic director, his knowledge and and experience in the overall summary of gymnasium is to always know the true funstion which is the most important part in sports, and health. In regards for the building language, the supposed function of the building interior orientation is focusing on physical and attractiveness for function purposes. According to Jim Flack's opinion about the building layout structure the mandatory requirements for the rooms for users/players are the crosscourt which is a 4-point-ring which each court facing horizontally and the other vertically.

He also emphazise that a design of a crosscourt for 1 full game is protrudingly essential  becasue it is necessary measurements for a professional size and compliant to building code. Jim Flack's knowledge and skills in a sport game is prudent, therefore incorporating rooms for actual building space will also determine the entire size of the facility. Realistically, to construct a standard gymnasium facility  will require at a minimum 30,000 sq ft. At present, the Sheridan Bruins facility is measured 29,000 sq ft including 10 rooms inside the building. However, if the building consist of 30,000 sq ft it can install for at least another space for apparel store.

According to Jim Flack, as an athletic director, the total anticipated gymnasium ground for all gaming sports will dimensioned based measurements of 12,000 sq ft. The forms over function actually requires a strict budget to have a reasonable circulation on the area. For an actual design, the space and engravings are not supposed to be associated with too much colors but instead only to represent an idea of physical movements but with artistic approach is rather feasible and casual.

Global (Evolve) incorporates an advance and cutting-edge technology features that provide excellent performance in all facilities, wire management, ergonomic work surfaces, host of shape, sizes, and practical starage space for files. Sustainability is also the focus on creation based in "evolved", the process to manufacture a design, to save, and protect the environment.

Evolve is a leader in reducing and waste for most recycable materials then manufacture it to creat new products. It creates an extensive use of product  like woods , plastic, and other materials. Vertical sides are 100% wood and polypropelene, the horizontal support is 100% extruded recycled PVC. The inner part of the panel module contains a "honeycomb" interior which is 75% recycled kraft paper and the insulation is derived slag an inert steel product which is called Roxul. Evolve also introduces fabric materials that is 100% recycable yarns made from post consumer and insdustrial waste. Lastly, evolve panels are 100% recycable unit even in the end of their life span. Nothing in Evolve had gone wasted or leds into landfill, all materials can be reclaimed and cultivate into products. Evolve research and innovation has brought these ecological technologies to make one of the worlds first environmentally sustainable for any office systems.

Evolve is commited to the continuous improvement to the environmental ecosystems and the prevention of pollution and diligent in complying to bring the spirit in environmental regulation.
